“Great value. James was very easy to reach out to. Very friendly. Very accommodating specially when we came earlier then our scheduled check in. Very convenient to get to the harbour and the beaches and restaurants and cafes. Very easy walk from the station. Nice modern kitchen. Which is the main attraction of the house. We stayed for two nights and we had a great time in St Ives as we love the place.”

“James is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to our queries. We booked this accommodation for our group of 9. The accommodation is situated in a wonderful area of St. Ives, it had everything we needed, well equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, vacuum, mop and bucket, essentials (washing up liquid, sponges, dishwasher pods, laundry pods) plentiful dishes and cutlery, Cornish tea bags, and full bottle of milk in the fridge! We were also provided with towels/face towels, hand and body soap, and handwash soap bars. We felt at home and appreciated the wide selection of mini games from jigsaw puzzles to card games. Thank you James for allowing us to stay in your property whilst we explored St. Ives and for providing us with brochures for local restaurants!”
